PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method and a system of counseling reservation capable of changing reserved date and time of an interview to free time for a counselor's reasons allowing the counselor to effectively utilize own free time.SOLUTION: The management method of counseling reservation, which allows a consulter to reserve a counseling in advance and then receiving the counseling from a counselor using a computer via a network, includes: an interview reservation automatic assignment step to assign a date and time, a counselor and a consultation room of an interview based on a previous notification of request for reserving an interview including a desired date and time of the interview from a consulter's terminal; an interview management step to record the implementation and result of the interview; and an interview reservation date and time changing step to change the date and time of the not-yet-implemented reserved interview of the counselor. |
