<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of surface-treating a cold-rolled steel sheet, which can accurately prevent an arc spot from occurring when the cold-rolled steel sheet is continuously electroplated. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of surface-treating a cold-rolled steel sheet, when the cold-rolled steel sheet is immersed in a plating solution and current is made to flow in the steel sheet from an energizing roll to continuously carry out electroplating, an arc spot is prevented from occurring, by using an energizing roll that has a surface roughness in which PPI, the number of peaks that go beyond a roughness center line per 25.4 mm, is 1,500 or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
