<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element which can operate stably over a wide range from the high magnetic field side to the low magnetic field side of a magnetic resonance point. <P>SOLUTION: The non-reciprocal circuit element 10 includes a dielectric substrate 12 having a through hole in the center, a columnar magnetic member 14 fitted in the through hole, a conductor 16 formed from one principal surface 14a of the magnetic member 14 to one principal surface 12a of the dielectric substrate 12, a ground conductor 18 formed from the other principal surface 14b of the magnetic member 14 to the other principal surface 12b of the dielectric substrate 12, and a bias magnetic field variable means 20 for applying an internal bias magnetic field variably to the magnetic member 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
