The objective of the present invention is to provide a guest room management system which can perform information exchange by connecting guest room terminals of numerous guest rooms and a center management device without installing a line. Therefore, the guest room management system of a hotel according to the present invention includes: the guest room terminals which are installed at each guest room, and transmit recognition information as to approaching state of an NFC card key wirelessly, by recognizing the approaching state of the NFC card key; a network server for receiving the recognition information from the guest room terminals; an information desk terminal for receiving guest room information from the network server; a cleaning waiting room terminal for receiving information about cleaning and a guest room number from the network server; and an unmanned ticketing machine for receiving information about the empty state of the guest room from the network server. The guest room terminal comprises an input button capable of inputting information about check-out and going-out, when the NFC card key is separated. If the network server receives the recognition information as to the separation state of the NFC card key together with the information as to the check-out, the network server transmits check-out information to the information desk terminal and transmits information as to cleaning the guest room to the cleaning waiting room terminal. |
