The present technique includes a semiconductor device, and a system including the same, and an operating method thereof. The method for operating a semiconductor device includes the steps of: programing a first cell; verifying a second cell adjacent to the first cell; finishing the step of programing the first cell if the step of verifying the second cell passes, and repeating the step of programing the first cell and the step of verifying the second cell until the step of verifying the second cell passes if the step of verifying the second cell fails. |
