The present invention relates to an apparatus for supporting a transmission and distribution cable for a telegraph pole capable of performing rotation and impact mitigation. More specifically, the apparatus of the present invention comprises: a fixing part (10) which is formed in a cylindrical shape, and has an insertion groove (11) inserted into an upper part of the telegraph pole (1) on a lower part thereof, a rotation groove (13) formed on an upper part thereof and a rotation frame (15) formed on an outer circumference thereof; a rotation object (20) which is configured to surround the outer circumference of the fixing part (10), and has a protrusion part (21) inserted into the rotation groove (13) on a lower part thereof, a protrusion frame (23) inserted into the rotation frame (15) in an inner side of the lower part, an elastic member mounting groove (25) formed on an upper part, and a number of slide grooves (27) formed downward in the upper part on the outside thereof; an elastic member (30) inserted into the elastic member mounting groove (25); and an elevating/descending part (40) which is configured to surround the outer circumference of the rotation object (20), and has an insertion protrusion (41) inserted into each slide groove (27) in the inner side on the lower part and a mounting part (43) which has a cable (c) mounted on an upper part thereof. The apparatus has convenience of installation by being able to be used by being inserted into the upper part of the telegraph pole (1) simply, and has solid binding force by being constituted with a structure where the rotation object is not separated, as corresponding to an installation path of the cable flexibly, and can maximize economic efficiency capable of securing safety by preventing a problem like short-circuit resulted from that abrupt external impact is delivered to the cable. |
