PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform whirl stop of a rotor core without using a filler.SOLUTION: A rotor 2 includes: a rotor core 21 which is fixed on a rotary shaft 1 in an integrally rotatable manner and to which a plurality of magnets 22 are mounted in a circumferential direction; a first rotor cover 24 including a first cylindrical part 26 in a cylindrical shape covering an outer periphery of the rotor core 21 at one side in an axial direction; and a second rotor cover 25 including a second cylindrical part 28 in a cylindrical shape covering an outer periphery of the rotor core 21 at the other side in the axial direction. An outer diameter of the first cylindrical part 26 is larger than an inner diameter of the second cylindrical part 28, and the first rotor cover 24 and the second rotor cover 25 are press-fixed in such a manner that the first cylindrical part 26 is disposed at an inner peripheral side of the second cylindrical part 28.
