PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict noise caused by shock at the time of valve opening or valve closing and vibration of a metal fitting of a cylinder.SOLUTION: The other end of a rod part 30 passing an open hole 64 of a metal fitting 4 of a cylinder, having its one end connected to a driving part case 1 is provided with a larger part 69 than the open hole 64. There is provided a connecting means 80 for connecting the metal fitting 4 of the cylinder to the driving part case 1 while the metal fitting 4 of the cylinder being held between the larger part 69 and the driving part case 1. There is provided a clearance S between the larger part 69 and the metal fitting 4 of the cylinder under this state, thereby a motion of the metal fitting 4 corresponding to the clearance S is allowable, the shock at the time of opening or closing of the valve transmitted to the metal fitting 4 of the cylinder or vibration of the metal fitting 4 of the cylinder generated through vibration of pressure at the time of reciprocation of the reciprocating member is absorbed through motion of the metal fitting 4 of the cylinder and the transmittance is hardly carried out to the driving part case 1 through the connecting means 80. |
