PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column-beam structure of reinforced concrete construction, which enables a column and a beam to two-dimensionally have an angle, while keeping the amount of bar arrangement small and by extension reducing it, and a building.SOLUTION: A column-beam structure of reinforced concrete construction includes an inclined column 1 that is arranged in such a manner that a lateral direction is inclined in a plan view with respect to a material axis direction of a beam 3. The beam 3 comprises a first area R1, and a second area R2 larger in bar arrangement amount than the first area R1. The first and the second areas R1 and R2 are alternately and continuously arranged in the material axis direction of the beam 3. The inclined column 1 is joined to the beam 3 within the second area R2. |
