<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately form openings in a conveyance surface in a conveyance device conveying a film-like matter while floating the film-like matter by a fluid or while adsorbing the film-like matter. <P>SOLUTION: The floating conveyance device 10 has a conveyance surface 15 formed by arranging wires 16 and 17 and conveying a film-like matter F1. A plurality of notches 16a extended in vertical directions are formed at prescribed intervals with each other at the side part of the wire 16. The plurality of notches 16a function as openings jetting air in non direction, which shows scatter in every direction, to float the film-like matter F1. A plurality of notches 17a extended in vertical directions are formed at prescribed intervals with each other at a side part of the wire 17.
