<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated inductor capable of providing a high Q characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate inductor includes a substantially rectangular parallelepiped-shaped laminate comprising a plurality of laminated insulating layers and a plurality of internal conductor layers laminated via the insulating layers, and the internal conductor layers are spirally connected to have a coil structure. The laminated inductor is configured so that a coil axis of the coil structure is parallel with a bottom surface of the laminate and is vertical to a direction in which a pair of external electrodes formed on end surfaces facing each other of the laminate face each other, and edge parts of cross sections of the internal conductor layers are rounded, and thereby a high Q value can be obtained. In particular, the high Q value can be obtained when a ratio T/W of a thickness T to a width W of the internal conductor layers is within a range of 0.23 to 0.45 and an angleθof the edge parts is within a range of 40 to 70°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
