A thin film transistor according to the present invention comprises: a control electrode; a semiconductor layer arranged on the control electrode; an input electrode in which a part of the input electrode is arranged on the semiconductor layer; and an output electrode in which a part of the output electrode is arranged on the semiconductor layer, and spaced from the input electrode. Each of the input electrode and the output electrode comprises: a wiring layer having a metal; a dummy unit which is arranged in a side part of the wiring layer, and has an oxide of the metal; and a protective layer which is arranged on the wiring layer, and overlaps the wiring layer and the dummy unit.
