The present invention relates to an evacuation guidance system using vehicle information during outbreak of a fire in a tunnel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the evacuation guidance system has a server, which guides an evacuation method with respect to a first section, which is an inner section of the tunnel, and a second section from an entrance of the tunnel to a predetermined location which are guidance sections. The server may include: a reception unit which receives a first information, related to an operation condition and a location of a first vehicle, from the first vehicle having entered into the first section; an information processing unit which generates a second information related to outbreak of a fire, intensity of the fire, and a location of the outbreak of the fire in the first section by using the first information, and also generates third information related to how passengers in a second vehicle escape from the fire by using the second information corresponding to a location of the second vehicle in the guidance section; and a transmission unit which transmits, to the second vehicle, at least one from the second information and the third information.
