PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer in which a connection circuit configuration with equipment is simplified after safety is secured.SOLUTION: A printer includes: a body device having a first power supply part and a first output part; equipment having a first input part for inputting electric power from the first power supply part through a cable, a protective element, one end side of which is connected to the first input part, a second output part connected to the other end side of the protective element for outputting the electric power from the protective circuit, and a second input part for imparting the input electric power to a drive part; and the cable having a first connection part for connecting the first output part and the first input part, and a safety switch for imparting the output from the second output part to the second input part, and performing connection switching between the second output part and the second input part according to the operation state of the equipment. |
