PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair restoration/hair growth agent container which inhibits dripping of hair restoration/hair growth agent and inhibits the burden on the scalp during application.SOLUTION: The container includes: a container body 2 which is made of material having flexibility or the like and contains hair restoration/hair growth agent; and an application body 5 which is installed to the container body 2 through an application body 3 attached to the container body 2. The application body 5 is made of a porous sintered body, the pores of the porous sintered body serves as a lead-out passage of the hair restoration/hair growth agent and the hair restoration/hair growth agent in the container body 2 is applied on the scalp through the pores.
