PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum capable of changing a tone.SOLUTION: A drum 1A comprises: an upper shell 10 having a batter side head 20 provided on one end and an opening in another end; and a lower shell 60 having a resonance head 70 provided on one end and opening in another end. An upper engagement part 12 is provided at an opposite side end of the batter side head 20 of the upper shell 10. A lower engagement part 62 is provided at an opposite side end of the resonance head 70 of the lower shell 60. An inner surface of the upper shell 10 at the upper engagement part 12 is in contact with an outer surface of the lower shell 60 at the lower engagement part 62. The upper shell 10 and the lower shell 60 can slide in the direction along rotational axes of the upper shell 10 and the lower shell 60 while the upper engagement part 12 and the lower engagement part 62 continue to touch each other. |
