PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlight tester which measures irradiation distribution of a vehicle headlight using an LED in a simulation measurement.SOLUTION: Irradiation distribution of a vehicle headlight is measured using an electronic apparatus. The vehicle headlight using an LED is asynchronous with a measurement system electronic apparatus because it is different from constant lighting of an ordinary bulb, and pulse lighting. LED headlight illumination is unstably measured due to the generation of flickering. A headlight tester is provided which stably measures irradiation distribution of an LED headlight by being synchronized with a measurement electronic apparatus from both an LED pulse lighting drive period and a pulse lighting width, and a method for measuring the same is provided.
