PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve voltage measuring accuracy on a cell.SOLUTION: A fuse 5 is disposed between a first voltage measurement circuit 2 and a terminal positioned between cells 11 and 12. Since a fuse 6 is disposed between a load 4 and a terminal located between the cells 11 and 12, voltage drop on the fuse 5 is reduced. Thus, the cell voltage measuring accuracy by the first voltage measurement circuit 2 is improved. |
