PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with information that affects the time required for route movement on the basis of the movement history of other people or a past movement history.SOLUTION: The situation analysis application 102 of a GPS device 100 downloads, from the statistical arithmetic analysis system 113 of a user mountain hiking data accumulation server 110, route statistic data 126 generated by combining the statistical (average) required time for each of a plurality of sections of a route that is designated by a user for making the ascent of a mountain. The mounting hiking logging application 101 of the GPS device 100 detects the current situation 120 of mountain hiking including the current place of the user now making the ascent of the mountain and the current time. The situation analysis application 102 analyzes, on the basis of the current situation 120 of mounting hiking and the route statistic data 126, a situation of mounting hiking such as that a rough spot is near. A mountain hiking situation display application 103 presents, to the user, an analysis result 121 about the situation of mounting hiking analyzed by the situation analysis application 102. |
