PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiping material which can be used under an environment requiring low dusting performance.SOLUTION: The wiping material is formed by compressing an ester-based polyurethane foam whose cell number is 58 to 100 per 25 mm into the range of 1/1.3 to 1/3.5 times of the former thickness. In the wiping material, the concentration of particles of 0.5 μm or less is 3520/mor less in an aerial particle test after washing the polyurethane foam with water and tensile strength is 5 kPa or more after an adhesion of isopropyl alcohol. |
