PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam pressure difference energy recovery system that when depressurizing high-pressure steam and supply it to steam demand equipment, can properly recover steam pressure difference energy even in a case where a temporal fluctuation width of a steam demand amount in the steam demand equipment is large.SOLUTION: A steam pressure difference energy recovery system includes a turbo type steam expansion machine 1, a positive displacement type steam expansion machine 2, and a control device 8 for controlling flow of steam. The control device 8 corresponds to temporal fluctuation of a demand amount of steam demand equipment 40, makes the intake amount of the turbo type steam expansion machine 1 fall within the operable range of the turbo type steam expansion machine 1, and then adjusts excess and deficiency with respect to the demand amount by the positive displacement type steam expansion machine 2. |
