PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold rolled steel sheet capable of enhancing dimensional accuracy of a die-stamping processed face and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: The full hard cold rolled steel sheet has a chemical composition containing, by mass%, C:0.03 to less than 0.13%, Si:1.0% or less, Mn:0.4 to 1.4%, P:0.05% or less, S:0.05% or less, Al:0.1% or less, N:0.01% or less, Nb:0.001 to 0.10%, Ti:0 to 0.100% and Cr:0 to 0.50% and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. In the full hard cold rolled steel sheet, difference between a Vickers hardness of a cross section vertical to a cold rolling direction and the Vickers hardness of the cross section parallel to the cold rolling direction is less than 10. |
