<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garnish mounting structure capable of being surely mounted to a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: A triangle-shaped garnish 3 for decorating the exterior is mounted to the front end corner part of a window frame of a vehicle door. The front end corner part of the window frame is near a part where a frame molding 4 forming the upper side of the window frame and a belt molding forming the lower side of the window frame are connected to each other, wherein the frame molding 4 and the belt molding are equivalent to mounting members. The garnish 3 decorates the exterior of the vehicle, is mounted to the bracket 7 of the vehicle body by a first clip 25, and is provided with a holding part 10b for holding the end part 4a of the frame molding 4. The cross section of a seal member 15 is formed to be nearly L-shaped. An outside projected part 15a projected to the upper side of the seal member 15 is in contact with the outside surface 4d on the surface side of the frame molding 4 to secure sealability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
