<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost required for the fullness detection of waste toner in a recovery container. <P>SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus includes a container, a rotating body, a drive mechanism, and a detection mechanism. The rotating body changes the position of toner in the container. The drive mechanism rotates the rotating body with the shaft of the rotating body as a rotation center.
