The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a carbon nano particle attached with an iron oxide needle coated with a carbon thin film and application to a super capacitor thereof. The present invention provides the method for manufacturing compound carbon nano particles using a carbonization process, after manufacturing a conductive polymer coating film on a needle using liquid phase polymerization of a monomer, after putting an iron hydroxide on the conductive polymer nano particle surface through hydrothermal synthesis, and suggests possibility of a next generation super capacitor electrode material by showing high capacitance per unit mass in case of being used as the super capacitor electrode. According to the present invention, the method has the advantage of being able to manufacture the compound carbon nano particles using simple and cheap hydrothermal synthesis and liquid phase polymerization. Furthermore, the carbon nano composite of the present invention shows excellent capacitor performance regardless of not only density and size of the needle and diameter of the nano particle but also the kind of an electrolyte. |
