PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intellectual property rights information management system that allows workflow processing to manage various works pertain to cases for each user corporation.SOLUTION: An intellectual property rights information management system comprises: a case DB27 that retains information on one or more cases pertain to intellectual rights owned by each organisational body, respectively; a route master DB28 that retains information on a route master serving as definition information on a workflow pertain to a legal term management in a procedure of acquiring intellectual property rights; a workflow processing unit 13 that controls a managing operation about each case in each organisational body by means of the workflow on the basis of a definition content of the route master; and a workflow DB29 that retains result information pertain to each workflow, in which the route master includes: a first route master defined by an operation operator of the intellectual property rights information management system 1; and a second route master defined based on the first route master for each organisational body or originally defined therefor.
