PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present an appropriate input candidate even when the number of comments on a moving image data is small.SOLUTION: The candidate extraction apparatus includes: a candidate extraction part for extracting an input candidate of a comment for a moving image data from comments for other moving image data different from the moving image data; and an output part for outputting input candidates extracted by the candidate extraction part to a terminal device for reproducing the moving image data.
