PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film which has a flexible and smooth surface and is high in adhesion to a mating member and a conducting tape member and an electronic part using the conductive film.SOLUTION: A conductive film 10 contains an elastomer and a conductive material and has smooth surfaces 101 and 102 of an arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of smaller than 0.5 μm or a maximum height roughness (Rz) of smaller than 15 μm as an adhesion surface to be adhered with a mating member. A conductive tape member 1 includes the conductive film 10 and release sheets 11 and 12 which are arranged on at least one surface of the conductive film 10 in the thickness direction. An electronic part is provided with the conductive film 10 as at least one of an electrode, wiring and a connection member connecting members electrically.
