PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate that is excellent in manufacturing stability, is capable of suppressing the generation of glare at remarkably high level while having a good antiglare property, and is capable of giving a display image excellent in high contrast.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a laminate including an antiglare layer having a rugged shape on a surface of one of sides of a light-permeable substrate includes a step of drying a coating film formed by coating an antiglare layer composition containing organic fine particles, inorganic fine particles, a binder resin and a solvent onto one of sides of the light-permeable substrate, and then forming the antiglare layer by curing the coating film. The antiglare layer composition is prepared by mixing the binder resin and the organic fine particles with the solvent, stirring the resultant mixture to prepare an intermediate composition, and then mixing the inorganic fine particles with the intermediate composition to allow the particles to disperse therein.
