PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the collection rate of fine particles.SOLUTION: The collect device includes: collecting means that collects fine particles contained in sampling air in a collector by allowing the sampling air to come into contact with the collector; a flow space for guiding the collector to the collecting means; charged fine particle water generation means that generates charged fine particle water and sprays the same into the flow space; and moisture vapor generation means that generates moisture vapor for spraying into the flow space.
