PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring control system that controls a drainage pump in a downstream drainage pump site in response to demand warning generation in an upstream drainage pump site.SOLUTION: A telemeter master station 4 acquires outputs of a watt-hour meter 9 and a water level gauge 8 which measures the water level in a water storage tank 10 through respective telemeter slave stations 5 installed in a plurality of pump sites 6. An arithmetic part 4b computes an integral power consumption in a predetermined period. When it is predicted that the integral power consumption exceeds a contract power consumption stored in a storage part 4d of a telemeter master station 4, a demand warning is generated for a central monitoring device 2, a pump site 6 located downstream from the pump site 6 where the demand warning is generated is specified according to position relation information on respective pump sites 6 stored in the storage part 4d, and a command is sent to actuate a drainage pump 7 installed in the pump site 6 located downstream. |
