摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly accurate measurement by improving inclusion capacity of diffusible hydrogen in a steel plate when evaluating a delayed fracture characteristic of the steel plate and avoiding the delayed fracture caused by the hydrogen that is a problem for practically using a hot stamp member. <P>SOLUTION: The method is provided for evaluating a delayed fracture characteristic of a steel plate by measuring a limit amount of diffusible hydrogen of the steel plate including the diffusible hydrogen. For preventing emission of the hydrogen from the steel plate in which the diffusible hydrogen is included, the surface of the steel plate is galvanized by using ammonium chloride bath (aqueous solution containing zinc chloride: 100-150 g/L and ammonium chloride: 180-300 g/L) or potassium chloride bath (aqueous solution containing zinc chloride: 100-150 g/L and potassium chloride: 180-300 g/L) and by appropriately adjusting bath temperature, pH, a negative electrode density and a time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
