The MCU (16) detects exhaustion of the EDLC module and stops running of the electric car if the charged amount is less than a minimum reference value, and charges the EDLC module by making a charging port come in contact with a corresponding power supply line by a main docking solenoid or an emergency docking solenoid and then runs the electric car after making the charging port come in non-contact with the power supply line.
