PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a simple configuration to acquire a bright image as changing an observation depth position or acquire a high definition image without changing the observation depth position.SOLUTION: There is provided a microscope device 10 comprising: a spatial light modulation unit 3; a scanner 7; an objective lens 13; a second relay optical system 11; a glass member 9 that switches a first conjugate state where an objective pupil position P and a position on an oscillation mirror 8A on a high velocity side are conjugate and a second conjugate state where the objective pupil position P and a position between oscillation mirrors 8A and 8B are conjugate; and a control unit 15 that moves a modulation area of a wavefront on the spatial light modulation unit 3 in response to deflection by the oscillation mirror 8B on a slow velocity so that an image of the objective pupil position P moves when deflection in a direction opposite to a movement direction of the image of the objective pupil position P is halted by the oscillation mirror 8B when making an image on the spatial light modulation unit 3 stationary in the first conjugate state and causing the oscillation mirror 8B to deflect laser light, in which the spatial light modulation unit 3 has an optically conjugate relationship with the oscillation mirror 8A in the first conjugate state. |
