Substances accumulated in an accumulation section 100a are pushed by a discharge section 100b protruding upstream in a rotation direction B when the contact member 100 is moved in the arrow D direction, and are discharged in the arrow D direction. After discharging the substances, the contact member 100 is moved to an accumulation position again. |
