<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micromixing device of simple structure with high mixing performance. <P>SOLUTION: This micromixer utilizing the space of a portion ahead of a ferrule part of piping which has been a dead space not used in a conventional T-shaped micromixer, has mixing efficiency equivalent or superior to a high-efficiency high-cost micromixer in spite of the simple structure, and is usable under from normal temperature and pressure or lower up to high temperature and high pressure condition. The micromixer is a high-efficiency device low in cost, simple in structure, mixing two or more fluids, adaptable to a large flow rate, and usable, for example, for the gradient of chromatography and for various chemical reactions as a microreactor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
