<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging device at a ceiling part capable of effectively restraining rocking of a hung-down member due to rocking of a building or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A displacement body 13 for hanging down a lighting fixture through a hanging cord W is made displaceably supported in a horizontal direction by a ball roller 12 on a base plate 11 fitted to the ceiling part C.
