PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reflection caused between a waveguide and a microstrip line in a converter which has the waveguide and microstrip line connected.SOLUTION: A converter 1 comprises a waveguide 11, a post wall waveguide 12 comprising a first dielectric layer 102, and a first planar conductor 101 and a second planar conductor 103 opposed to each other with the first dielectric layer 102 interposed, and a microstrip line 13 comprising a second dielectric layer 104, and a second planar conductor 103 and a belt-like conductor 105 opposed to each other with the second dielectric layer 104 interposed. |
