PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal device and the like capable of reliably preventing the occurrence of cracks and fractures in a cover film, and improving yield and productivity.SOLUTION: A seal device 15 comprises a film receiving roll 16 and a seal roll 17. By passing a container film 3 and a cover film 4 between both rolls 16, 17, the cover film 4 is attached to the container film 3. On the outer periphery of the seal roll 17, projection strip parts 17A protruding in an outer peripheral direction and formed in a mesh shape of a parallelogram are provided. An apex 17B of the projection strip part 17A is formed in an angular shape, and the projection strip parts 17A can contact with the cover film 4. On the outer periphery of the film receiving roll 16, recessed valley parts 16B are provided so as to form the mesh shape of the parallelogram. Thus, at the time of sealing, the container film 3 and the cover film 4 can escape to the valley part 16B side. |
