PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress formation of a prescribed flow passage in a heat storage tank.SOLUTION: A heat storage tank unit includes: a cylindrical heat storage tank (52) for storing a heat storage medium generating a clathrate hydrate by cooling; and an inflow pipe (55) and an outflow pipe (56) which are connected to the heat storage tank (52), the inflow pipe (55) allowing the heat storage medium to flow in the heat storage tank (52) and the outflow pipe (56) allowing the heat storage medium in the heat storage tank (52) to flow out from the heat storage tank (52). An outlet end (55a) of the inflow pipe (55) is located on a lower side of an inlet end (56a) of the outflow pipe (56). The inflow pipe (55) discharges the heat storage medium in an axial direction of the heat storage tank (52) substantially at the center in the heat storage tank (52) in a transverse section view.
