PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient preparing method of a sugar chain sample or a complex carbohydrate sample for removing salts from the sugar chain sample or the complex carbohydrate sample containing salts.SOLUTION: A preparing method includes: adding an organic solvent, such as ethanol to a sample which is separated/recovered with various extract operations, liquid chromatography, etc.; dissolving salt in the organic solvent; precipitating a sugar chain or a complex carbohydrate; and refining. |
