PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed nut by a simple configuration in less-expensive manner in which a bolt fastening operation can be performed simply and rapidly and the speed nut can be configured by a less number of members not requiring a high accuracy and a rigid fastening without any looseness can be carried out.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a speed nut comprising a fixing member having a bottom lid and formed with a slant descending nut receiving part and a plurality of washers 21c set to be larger than an outer shape of a bolt in which a bolt insertion hole is passed through each of the washers and a center hole is chamfered from both surfaces. The plurality of washers 21c are overlapped to make one nut form. There is provided a universal nut 21 present in an inner hole of the nut receiving part that is non-rotatable around an axis and inclinable in respect to an axial line. It is held under a state in which a threaded part of a bolt can be inserted into the holes of the universal nut 21. The universal nut 21 kept in its inclined state upon thread rotation of the bolt is integrally forwarded, crests formed at an inner diameter part of each of the washers of the universal nut become stairs shape when the nut is pushed against the nut receiving part of the inclined part allowing a straight forwarding of the bolt under a vertical state when the bolt is inserted, the crests are engaged with the trough part of the bolt to become the nut state. |
