PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrict the swing of a folding back arm 42 in a radially outward direction during the rotation of a tire constituting member 34 and the folding back arm 42.SOLUTION: A suction body 59 made of a magnet is installed on either a radial inner surface 42a of a folding back arm 42 or a cylindrical surface 57 of movement means 53, and a sucked part 60 is installed on the other of the radial inner surface 42a or the cylindrical surface 57. Since the sucked part 60 is sucked by the suction body 59 when the folding back arm 42 swings to a radial inner limit, a distance between the suction body 59 and the swing center of the folding arm 42 can be easily lengthened. As a result, even if the mass of each folding back arm 42 is large, it is possible to restrict the swing of the folding back arm 42 in a radially outward direction during rotation. |
