PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a phenomenon in which stencil paper wound around a plate cylinder floats in the vicinity of a clamp part and is cut early by being pressed and pulled repeatedly by a press roller.SOLUTION: A clamp part 6 for holding a distal end of stencil paper M and a flip-up member 9 are provided on an outer peripheral surface of a plate cylinder 2 rotated around a center axis C. A spacer 10 is provided between the stencil paper held by the clamp part, the flip-up member, and the outer peripheral surface. The stencil paper is supported by the spacer while coming into contact with the spacer from the lower side and does not float in the air. Even when a press roller 5 presses the stencil paper during printing, a pressing force is supported by the spacer, the stencil paper is hardly pulled, and thereby a phenomenon in which the stencil paper is cut early after the printing start is less likely to occur. |
