<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a quicklime concentration in a slag after a blowing treatment with a high precision. <P>SOLUTION: A quicklime concentration prediction apparatus comprises: a similarity calculation unit 10a that calculates the similarity W<SP POS="POST">n</SP>with respect to the molten iron status and the blowing condition x to be predicted based on each of a plurality of molten iron statuses and blowing conditions x<SP POS="POST">n</SP>stored in a performance database 4; a prediction formula development unit 10b that prepares a prediction model expressing a relation between the molten iron status and the blowing condition x and the quicklime concentration y in the slag after the blowing treatment using data of the molten iron status and the blowing condition x<SP POS="POST">n</SP>stored in the performance database 4 and determines model parameters in the prediction model by solving an optimization problem using an evaluation function that uses, as an evaluation function for evaluating a prediction error of the prediction model, the similarity W<SP POS="POST">n</SP>as a weight; and a quicklime concentration prediction unit 10c that predicts the quicklime concentration y in the slag after the blowing treatment carried out under the molten iron status and the blowing condition x to be predicted, by inputting the molten iron status and the blowing condition x to be predicted into the prediction model. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
