<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque sensor capable of sharply reducing harmonics which are superposed on waveform of impedance to change the waveform of the impedance into the shape of ideal sine waves. <P>SOLUTION: When an angle obtained by equally dividing the peripheral surface of a cylindrical member 8 into N in the circumferential direction is considered as one periodic angleθ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, a window 8A opens with window width at an angle of a1 degrees from one end of the one periodic angleθ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>. In addition, when an angle obtained by equally dividing the surface of a surrounded part 3b into N in the circumferential direction is considered as one periodic angleθ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, a tooth part is formed at an angle of a2 degrees from one end of the one periodic angleθ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>. When window width ratio is considered as R1(%)=a1/θ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, tooth width ratio is considered as R2(%)=a2/θ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, and an average value of windows and teeth is considered as V(%)=(the window width ratio R1+the tooth width ratio R2)÷2, the window width of all the windows of the cylindrical member and the tooth width of all the teeth of the surrounded part are set to predetermined values so that it becomes a range of 31.7%≤the average value of the windows and teeth V≤35.0%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
