The present invention provides: a polyurethane-based ink comprising 10-40 wt% of polyurethane; 5-30 wt% of an emulsion type adhesion applier; 0.5-15 wt% of a pigment; 5-10 wt% of a functional addition agent composed of one or more kinds selected among a gloss applier, a dulling agent, and a scratch preventing agent or a cross linking agent; 1-10 wt% of sub additives composed of one or more kinds selected among an antifoaming agent, a slip agent, and a coupling agent or a dispersing agent; and the remainder composed of a dispersing solvent. The polyurethane-based ink according to the present invention obtains excellent printability and excellent wear resistance, thereby smoothly forming various color patterns on a cubic layer. In addition, the present invention can simplify a manufacturing process of the cubic exterior material having color patterns as the formation of a surface reinforcing layer for protecting a color coating layer is not necessary in case of manufacturing the patterned exterior material having a multi-layer structure. Accordingly, the effects of simplifying the process, improving production efficiency due to the reduction of the number of times of cleaning a screen printer and the reduction of the amount of raw materials, and reducing production costs are obtained in the case of manufacturing the exterior material having the cubic patterns by using the polyurethane-based ink according to the present invention. |
