PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a fixing belt by reducing a sliding burden on the fixing belt.SOLUTION: A fixing device according to the present invention includes a fixing belt that rotates around a rotational axis X, a pressure member that is in pressure contact with the fixing belt to form a fixing nip, and a pressing member 25 that presses the fixing belt against the pressure member. The pressing member 25 has an opposing surface 51 that is arranged opposite to the pressure member with the fixing belt therebetween, and the opposing surface 51 has a plurality of concave and convex portions 54 formed thereon. |
