PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-display system capable of appropriately displaying a video displayed over a plurality of displays.SOLUTION: A multi-display system according to the present invention comprises a multi-display 13, a compression-delivery device 5, a plurality of expansion reproduction devices 9-12 disposed corresponding to displays 14-17 and capable of expanding compressed video data by any one of a plurality of expansion reproduction methods, outputting the expanded data to each of the corresponding displays 14-17, and a control device 18 for exerting control so that, when a video is displayed over a plurality of displays, the same expansion reproduction method is applied to each expansion reproduction device corresponding to each of the plurality of displays. The compression-delivery device 5 assigns a consecutive frame number for each video frame of the compressed video data, and each expansion reproduction method uniquely determines a video frame to be thinned out on the basis of the frame number. |
