PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle performance test system which can reduce consumption power of the whole system by effectively utilizing regenerative electric power generated in a chassis dynamometer.SOLUTION: A vehicle performance test system testing a performance of a vehicle or a part of the vehicle comprises: a battery drive device 40 which is used for the vehicle performance test and incorporates a battery thereon; a chassis dynamometer 10 which is connected with the vehicle or a part of the vehicle to be an electric motor or an electric generator according to a test operation status; a power supply unit 20 which supplies the chassis dynamometer 10 with electric power when the chassis dynamometer 10 works as the electric motor; and an electricity storage unit 30 which stores regenerative electric power generated in the chassis dynamometer 10 when the chassis dynamometer 10 works as the electric generator, in which the regenerative electric power stored in the electricity storage unit 30 is supplied to the battery drive device 40. |
